Geir Lysne conducts the Danish Radio Big Band

Geir will conduct the Danish Radio Big Band in a live broadcasting concert.

The Danish Radio Big Band recieve the Jacob Gade scholarship of 2009. This will be celebrated with a special happening in DR's concert hall Friday December 4 th.

The danish arranger Peter Jensen has recomposed some of Jacob Gade's greatest hits specially for DR big band. Among them the wellknown 'Tango Jalousie'.

This is in fact Geir's first project with DR big band, and he really looks forward to work with this reknowned band.
