’The Grieg Code’ is a brand new work written by Geir Lysne for a big jazz ensemble. The work is a musical experiment where Lysne has been asked to compose new music, based on Grieg originals. The project was initiated by ’The International Grieg Society’ and ’Grieg07’. ’The Grieg Code’ will premiere at Nattjazz in Bergen, 31st of May 2007.
