Geir Lysne conducts the the radio jazz orchestra of Hamburg, NDR Big Band, in cooperation with the group 'Trio Ivoire'.

Some people have asked me what happened in 2011, since it was no news on my website. The truth is that 2011 was an amazing year. It was so many great productions that I lost the focus on updating my website. I promise to be better in 2012. Anyway, here are some of the highlights in 2011:

Lysne and DR Big Band are doing two radio concerts in Rolf Liebermann Studio, North Deutscher Rundfunk- Hamburg. This is the eight time Lysne performs in this great studio, and now with his third international top-level Big Band.
